When a standard size doesn’t fit your building or your product, our manufacturing partner designs and fabricates racking components to order, from beams and frames in non-standard sizes to wire decks, accessories and purpose-built assemblies.

Beams & frames
Custom beam lengths and custom upright heights and depths, in the same rated gauges and beam profiles as our standard line.
Wire decks
Decks in non-standard depths and widths, such as 32″ × 44″ and 60″ × 46″, with straight or flared support channels.
Rack accessories
Row spacers, flue guards, post protectors, end-of-aisle guards and pallet support bars made to your sizes.
Purpose-built assemblies
Assemblies designed for a specific job, such as our reel rack assemblies built on 2″ × 3″ steel tube.

Can you make custom pallet racking?
Yes. Our manufacturing partner designs and fabricates racking components to order, including custom beam lengths, upright heights and depths, wire decks, accessories and purpose-built assemblies.
What do you need to quote a custom item?
The dimensions, quantity and the load or product it needs to hold. A sketch, drawing or photos of the space or an existing part help us quote faster.
Are custom racking components load rated?
Our standard frames and beams carry independently tested capacities per ANSI MH16.1-2023. For custom configurations, we confirm the rated capacity with your quote.
