Wire decking sits on your step beams to support cartons, loose product and pallets that don’t span both beams. It prevents fall-through, improves visibility and lets sprinkler water and light pass through.
We stock the standard 46″-wide decks in every common depth, wide decks for 10′ shelves, and deck dividers to organize small parts.

What size wire deck do I need?
Match the deck depth to your upright frame depth, for example a 42″ deck on a 42″ frame. Width is set by beam length: an 8′ beam level usually takes two 46″ decks.
Is wire decking required by fire code?
Requirements vary by jurisdiction and building, but open wire decking is widely preferred over solid decking in sprinklered warehouses because it doesn’t block water flow. Check with your fire marshal for your specific site.
