Wire Deck Dividers
Wire deck dividers in 24″, 36″, 42″ and 48″ depths that clip onto wire decking to separate cartons, parts and SKUs on a rack shelf.
Wire Decking
Pallet rack wire decks stocked 24″, 36″, 42″ and 48″ deep, with custom sizes on request: 2-1/2″ × 4″ welded mesh in 4.5 mm steel wire with three support channels and front and back waterfalls.
Wire decks sit on step beams to create a solid, see-through shelf. They support loads that don’t span both beams, prevent fall-through, and let light and sprinkler water pass through.
Match deck depth to your frame depth. Width is set by beam length: two 46″ decks cover an 8′ level.

A 42″-deep deck: 42″ × 46″ is standard, with 42″ × 52″ and 42″ × 58″ also drawn. Deck depth matches frame depth.
Our 42″ × 46″ deck with three 1.8 mm flared support channels is rated at 2,500 lb uniformly distributed. Ask us about ratings for other sizes.
Two 46″-wide decks cover an 8′ (96″) beam level.
Not universally, but open wire decking is widely preferred in sprinklered buildings because it doesn’t block water. Your local fire marshal has final say.
Our decks use hard-drawn low-carbon steel wire (SWG 7 and 8, about 0.176″ and 0.160″) to IS 280:2006, supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates. Ask for copies with your quote.
Yes. The steel is supplied with mill test certificates from BIS-licensed mills, documenting chemistry and lab-tested yield, tensile strength and elongation for each lot. Ask for copies with your quote. Inspectors and engineers often request them.
